
Today kicks off the return of the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge, in which our goal is to walk 100 (or more!) miles in 3 months. Please see the intro post for more details.
Next Friday will be our first check-in post, and Amanda will pop in before then with a fun post relating to exercise/health. So make sure you've got us in your feedreader, put on those shoes, and start walking!

I am in, but frustrated because I can't start right away due to neck/back problems. UGH. Hopefully, in a few days though!!

I actually did 4 miles today. Pretty sure that's not going to happen too often :)
Can't walk much right now due to tendon soreness, but I'm doing stretching exercises to loosen it up and hopefully will be doing lots of walking in a few days.
This first miles I logged for this challenge were running my first ever 5K!
