Progess Report #8/9 - May 14th-27th

Hi everyone -

Wow totally spaced last week - so sorry!! Exercise has not been on top of my priority list and it is showing in so many parts of my life. My eating, sleeping and stress levels are so off and I know if I got back on the wagon I would be able to right the ship.

So how are all of you doing? Please report your mileage in the comment section for Jill. If you have a blog post or a guest post you would like to do, let us know about that too.

Only 1 more month to go!

Have a great holiday weekend everyone -
Allie

This week I finally felt well enough recovered from my back injury to get back into exercising.

I managed to bring my total up to 92km/57mi!

I also introduced a new fortnightly feature on my blog, called Active Readers, to discuss bloggers and book junkies alike getting up and active. Not meaning to advertise so much, just thought that you might like to know because I kicked it off with featuring the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge. :)

Hey, ladies! I have added 11 miles this week bringing my total accumulated miles to 82.
Must add that I tried the Healthe Trim that's advertised on the radio...didn't work for me. What works is the good 'ol exercise and watching what I eat. Can't get around it! :)
Have a great weekend!

I forgot to submit miles last week, and this week I have been SICK so I haven't been walking at all. So last week I had 4 whole miles. Geez, I am going to have to seriously ramp it up this month to make it!

Yay! It's Saturday evening and I'm back from a hike... arrived *exactly* at 100 mi / 160 km! :)

Got another hike with friends planned for tomorrow, but the weather forecast is BAD so we might decide to stay at home. Well, at least I will not have to worry about accomplishing my challenge -- I'm a month early! :)

10 miles for week ending May 27, for grand total of 75/100 miles. One month to go! I also tried Last Chance Workout on my cable TV's On Demand this week. It was fun, hard, and a good mix of cardio and stretches.
