Progess Report #4 - April 16th - 22nd



How is everyone doing?

Please report your "miles" for April 16th - April 22nd (Friday through Thursday). Please take a minute to make sure Jill has your correct total from last week.

Did you have any triumphs this week? Any hurdles to overcome?
What goals do you have for the upcoming week?

I forgot to report last week - how bad is that?! I put up the progress report entry!

Anyways - I met my goal of increasing my miles. Last week of training for the 5k. It is supposed to rain on Sunday. Boo!

Last week -11 miles, this week 14 miles - a total of 47 miles.

I got 10 miles in this week barely. I was dragging tail today and almost didn't go to the gym. Glad I did, I do feel a bit better.

I had sick kids and then got sick myself and that put a big damper on my workouts. Just 5 miles for me this week for a total of 32.

16 miles for me this week. The rain tried to stop me, but I snuck in a few extra miles on the treadmill to make up some of the outside miles I missed.

I've had a good week (even though I wasn't feeling to well)! Now I'm at a total of 49 km / 31 mi.

I participated in priorfatgirls challenge!

This weekend I'll be spending a lot of time outdoors, so I hope to have some fine numbers for you next week!

This week I managed 19km/11mi. This makes my total so far 31km/19mi. Not a bad week but a bit of a busy week. Got called in to work a few times at the last minute which made planning time for exercise difficult and it often got pushed right down to the very bottom of the priority list.

14 miles for me!

I went just a little faster and added a few minutes to my workout. Plus I joined a running class.

Only 4 miles for me this week. My allergies have been crazy! I'm going to try to walk indoors next week so I can walk more miles.

I highly recommend trying the Wii Just Dance game. It is so much fun you don't even realize how long you've been dancing!

I've been sick all week and only managed one mile last Friday :-(.

Must make up for lost time next week.

I did 20 miles this week for a total of 70 miles. I'm enjoying the walking and feeling good about it, but I need to integrate some strength training into my routine, so that's my goal for next week--at least two weightlifting sessions at the gym.

I only managed 5 miles this week (for a total of 25). Had some stuff going on. Will try to get back on track next week!

34 this week, total 101. I feel a bit of wife/mom guilt when on Sunday morning other peoples' wives and mothers are cooking pancakes for breakfast, and I'm going for a walk. :>}

Disruptions in normal schedule cut down on exercise (hate it when that happend). 15 miles last week for a total of 81 miles.

I have kind of been slacking in my progress, but I have 17 miles to date.

I am about 10 miles behind, so I really need to kick it into gear this week to make up some miles.

Added another 26 miles this week! Not as much as I had hoped, with our weekend away to one of Holland's islands, but I hadn't counted on the 'different ambitions' the inlaw's kids had ;)

My new total is 91 km / 57 mi, which means I surpassed this month's target. I hope to keep it up!

My 'victory' is that I'n back in the routine ;)
