Another busy week, so I didn't get in as many miles as I intended. Still I got 15, which puts me at 163 miles. Oooh, can I get to 200? It's not looking good! I've got to focus!

I had a great week, even with the travels. My new treadmill was delivered on Tuesday evening and I love it! I was able to get 29 miles in this week which puts me at 192 miles total since October 19. Only 8 more miles to reach my original goal of 200 miles by the end of the year. I've got to have two more big weeks if I am going reach my new goal of 250 miles. Here's my post: http://m3kp.blogspot.com/2009/12/week-9-100-mile-fitness-challenge.html

Last Sunday, my neighbor (and workout buddy) and I COMMITTED to work out 5 days this week--Monday thru Friday. No excuses, we said. No higher priorities, we stressed. Her daughter was going to come with us and also committed to working out all 5 days. We go to the gym at 5:30 in the morning, so by the time Wednesday rolls around we are dreaming of a couple more hours of sleep in the morning. Well....on Day 1, the daughter was a no show. My friend missed a day during the week as well, which really tempted me to capture that extra sleep. But alas, as much as I yearned for sleeping in, I made it 5 days this week and added 22 miles to my total. It sure makes it easier to have a Christmas cookie now and again. This challenge is REALLY motivating me. Thanks Trish! (I love you, Mom)

Major setbacks this week, both personal and physical. It's hard to exercise when you have a hacking cold for 4 days. Only 8 miles this week. That brings me to 81 total. I hope I can get those last 19 done before the end of the year!

I fell off the wagon (treadmill) and am wayyyyyyyyyyyy behind. There is no way possible for me to catch up even if I did make the time.
I want to do this! Are you really starting up another challenge??

I have only 2 more miles to go. I've thrilled, I beat the weather. I anticipated having to put on my walking spikes to walk on ice, but it's been a great month so far.

Only 2 miles for a total of 53. I will whip myself into gear. My husband is going out of town so I'm going to step it up and exercise extra at night and take walks with the kids during the day. I will make it!

I would love to sign up again. I definitely can feel a difference when I'm regularly exercising. It helps me cope with stress.

You guys are doing FANTASTIC!! I can't believe how many of you have surpassed 100 miles and how many of you are so close and how many of you are still trucking. Keep it up!!

I've been slowing down a little bit lately but still trying to be consistent. As of Friday I was at 85 miles.

I did 14 miles this week - http://destinyisdeafening.blogspot.com/2009/12/week-10-100-miles-fitness.html

I think I'm closing in on that 100 miles, so thank you for running this challenge. It's been helping me so much.

this week was a bit hard due to weather and holiday craziness, but I made myself get in at least four days of workouts.
