Progress Report: Nov 27 - Dec 3

I posted on the wrong week-for the week of November 13-19, I did a total of 9 miles. For the week of November 20-26, I did a total of 3 miles, and for the week of November 27-Dec 3 I report a big fat 0. Depressing. My total should be 39. I will have better things to say next week! I need a push or something....

I'm lost as to whether I remembered to post or not last week, but either way it's been a terrible couple of weeks (bad weather and general laziness) my total is now at 71 miles.

I did 11 to get me to 54! More than halfway there.

My goal is 12 miles a week to get me to 100 by Dec. 31. I'm feeling the pressure though - Dec. 31 seems so close!

My grand total is 54 so far, so that's 8 since the last time. It's going to go down to the wire to get to get to 100 by the 31st.

Add another 9 miles to mine this week. I lost a day but also walked another so almost my normal week.

I went two full weeks without exercising, but got in 12 miles this week. I also, finally, ordered a treadmill, which should be here by the 15th, wahoo.

Total miles now is 59.

Sadly I don't think I am going to make my goal of 100, but at least I am adding to my total every week. I added another 4 miles to bring me up to 29 miles

I know, I didn't even post last week because of the guilt. I 'fessed up though this week. I got 10 miles in this week, for a total of 130. The big question in my mind is whether I can hit 200 by the end of December???

I did 6 this week for a total of 51. Next week my goal is still 20. I can do it!

Well I ended up out most of this week, but still managed to get another 16 miles in, bringing me up to 53. It's not as high as I'd like, but I can handle it.

After being sick for a month I am finally back into exercising! I got in 8 miles this week. My total is now up to 22 miles. (My name on the sidebar is Nan.) :-)

I am logging my miles for the week. I put in 30 this week which brings my total to 211.

Not a great week for me, only 2 miles for a total of 94. Not looking good for this week either since I had surgery on Friday!

Katie - I hope your surgery goes well!

Everyone else--continue to hang in there! Only a few more weeks left. I only got 6 miles last week, but as soon as I leave this comment in off to do some step. My goal is to work out at least 3 times a week for the rest of the month--hopefully four.

I finished a half marathon this weekend and walked at least 1 mile a day for 5 of the other 5 days. I have a total of 20 miles this week.

I had a bad week. I was only able to get 5 miles in before my back went out. Oh well, at least it was in working order for the family wedding this last weekend. I have a total of 131 miles.
