Progress Report: November 13-19

Please report your miles for the week! Also take a minute to check your total in the sidebar to make sure I've got it right so far. AND, if your blogger name doesn't match what's in the sidebar, I'll love you forever if you give me a hint as to who you are so I don't have to figure it out. :) We have several participants with the same name!

Did you have any triumphs this week? Any hurdles to overcome?

What goals do you have for the upcoming week?

If you have an update on your own blog, leave us the link in the comments so we can come cheer you on!

No Guest Posts this week.

If you would like to guest post, please let me know in the comments or via email! Life is all of a sudden very busy for me, so I'd love the help!

Have a great week! And Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating! If you're going out of town for the holiday, do you have any tips for working out away from home?

Add another 10 miles to my total. I managed to get one weight class and two kick classes in this week.

A routine and good weather did me some favors this week. I hit 15 miles this week, bringing me to 111 total miles! Yay! Here is my post:

I achieved a whopping three (3) miles to be proud of. XD

This weeks triumphs would be actually getting started. Hurdles were that I don't usually eat much throughout the day so when I got hungry after working out I didn't know what to eat because I don't usually snack. I ate crappy junk food that made me feel crappy too.

The weather has been atrocious here with gale force winds and torrential rain, so I had to get my miles by using my exercise bike. I only managed 6 this week, as I then had to have my swine flu jab which really hurt my arm and has left me in pain all week. Better luck next week. I really need to increase it to catch up.

Ten for me this week, that's 62 now. Phew. That sounds like a mighty long way!

Add 13 to me - bringing me to 33. My goal is 12 miles a week to get to 100 by Dec. 31.

I'm feeling a cold coming on so I hope I can still get my miles done.

I added 3 more miles to mine. I'm hoping this coming week I will have more time due to the holiday

Only added 1 to mine. We're hoping to get an exercise bike soon (which won't be as hard on my feet) and hopefully that'll help.

I'm adding 9 this week to my 26. I am very behind, but I'm working on it! My biggest hurdle? Me!

Only 3 for me this week. :( Just not motivated.

I managed to get in 20 miles this week in spite of the rainy weather and a work-related conference! That puts my total up to 152.

Seven more miles for me, for a total of 58. My goal is to do at least 10 miles per week for the rest of the year.

I added another 11 miles to my total since last week, so that makes 51. It was an unfortunate week, in which several plans were canceled beyond my control.

Fortunately Mr Gnoe and I were able to limit the damage by going out quickly for some cycling & geocaching when one of my hikes was delayed -- and then canceled. Even though there was A LOT of wind!

We've had a lot of rain this week, but I still managed my 6 miles. But I gained weight, not change in diet so I can't figure it out. I'm in Canada so we have no Thanksgiving weekend to deal with so it'll be salad and stuff. I'm only up to 66 miles. Hope the snow holds off.

21 miles this week

I am up to 120 miles!!! because of issues with my feet and knees I have to take it easy now until Christmas. I work in retail and my work hours double from now until Christmas. I promised myself to keep walking...but just a bit less than usual, so my kneees make it through the Christmas Season!

I got in six, for a total of 53.

A big fail for me this week. I only got 2 miles for a total of 44. I need to step it up big time!

You guys are doing great! Thanks for reporting your miles.

I got a big whopping 5 this past week. I started a new position at work that has left me exhausted in the evenings. Hopefully I'll be able to get into the swing of things soon.

Don't forget about Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday! What about a morning run with the family? Might make it easier to resist the second (or in my case third) slice of pie if you've already worked out. Or do you justify your eating with your working out? :) I do that sometimes, too.

Rambling. Have a great week everyone!!

I got 13 more miles this week making my total 94!

Hope everyone else has a great upcoming week! You may be able to find a 5K or 1 mile Turkey Trot in your area to help get your miles this week.

Sorry about checking in late. I was out of town over the weekend and did not have internet access. I was able to get 25 more miles this week bringing me to a total of 100 miles - halfway to my goal. With the holiday and my trip last weekend I am hoping to reach 20 miles this week. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

I was exercising, just not on the computer a lot. So I made a post with both weeks' counts. I didn't know if I should post separately or together.

Anyway, my total for this week was 14 miles.
