I'm at 16.25 hours total now.
4 hrs even for me this week. So that's 13 hrs 8 mins total.
I've run 16.27 miles.
I'm at 46.5 miles of my 125 mile goal.
12 miles this week and making my total 56 miles/ 19 hours
