Not too shabby of a week. :)

49 miles total; on my way to that 200 mile goal!

http://iamupthecreek.blogspot.com/2011/07/week-3-100-mile-challenge.html

I'm at 18 with a better week this week. Plugging on to 100.

I have decided to add 15 minutes of strength training (mostly abs and arms) to my weekly walking. So total numbers to date = 39 miles

I'll be on vacation for the next two weeks and while I expect to be active, not sure how to keep track. I bought a pedometer, I may just log daily steps.

Considering I had 22 going into this week, I think my week went quite well: 19 miles running. (I finally broke my 6 mile rut by hitting 8 miles yesterday). Plus, I did 45 minutes of swimming cross-training on my "off" running days: 3 "miles" there..... for a total of 22 this week. I matched my previous two weeks in just this week :0)

So.....total miles: 44 miles

Not a great week for me - only 16 miles in. New total: 66 miles

I'm up to 16 miles total!

Only walked 3 times vs. 4 but went farther 2 of those times! I am at 23 miles.

Considering it was so dang hot out, I managed to get some slogging and cardio in. My total is up to 32 miles now.

Only 12 this week, and those mostly near the beginning of the week. I was helping clean out a basement, which isn't exactly exercise, but which is exhausting and left me too tired for ACTUAL exercise. Total is now 53.

My new total is 73 km (a tight 46 mi) so I crossed the monthly minimum amount of miles this week!

Hope everyone else is going strong too?!

Wow, I'm totally failing at the challenge. My total is now 10. Hopefully, once it cools down some I'll feel like doing more.

I got in 21 easy miles this week, making my current total: 72 miles.

7 in this week for a total of 17 now. So - Does horse back riding count as exercise?? (grin)

44 total for me. This was a good week!

6 miles this week for grand total of 17 miles. I'm happy to also report that I've lost 2 pounds since we started. It's not much but it's better than nothing. YAY

3 miles running and a 45 minute bike ride so 3 'miles' there. Not bad since it's been the hottest July on record here. Total of 10 miles to date.

8 this week for a total of 26.

I'm at another 8 miles for a total of 17. Not great but at least I'm doing something.

I have 24 miles so far. Not sure I will be able to check in next Fri, as I am on vacay and the goal is to be "off the grid" more than on. So if I don't check in next week, I'll catch you all the following Friday!!

The summer heat is making me lethargic, but I walked 10 miles this week - for a cumulative of 26 miles.

Only 4 miles for me this week. That's 29 miles in total.

Wanted to do a big cycle ride yesterday but didn't trust the weather (so I took the train instead). Such a pity!

I added 9 miles this week, which I was very happy with considering the long (hot) days at the plant I've been working this week. My total is now 21.

This week I did 9 miles -- failed to meet my goal. :(

But it was a busy week and next week will likely be worse since I'm getting my wisdom teeth extracted on Monday. Still, after recovery, I will be back up and determined to make up for my lack of exercise!

9+27 = 36

Total miles so far: 29

13 more for a total of 31!

Only 6 miles this week:( If moving boxes and climbing up and down steps counts than I did a lot more:) Hopefully I will do a lot more next week. 50 miles total!!

Cumulative 21 miles. Cant wait for this heat and humidity to end!!!!

DebK

21 total. Thanks!

Sorry I am posting a bit late, but we were on vacation. We did a lot of sightseeing on the vacation, which involved a lot of walking around, so I was active, but I am not counting it to this week's total. That being said I am up to a total of 19 miles.

fell off the wagon, but I can still see it, so hopefully I will be able to make up for my lapse. total to date is 42.

I'm not going to be around this Friday, so thought I'd add my paltry 7 miles to this post for a total of 34. I started so strong, but the heat has kept me and the baby inside.

Only 1 mile for Friday the 22nd. :(
