Progress Report #6 - May 7th-May 13th

Big zero for me this week. I hurt my back late last week and this week has been spent healing. Will be back on track next week. Back is good now just making sure i give it a few extra days.

18 miles for me! The most I've done in one week.
77 total miles.
8 miles for me for a total of 44! I think I might have been a little ambitious in my 200 mile challenge:)
I got in 19 miles this last week including riding my bike to work one day.
10 miles for me this week - I really need to kick it into gear!
9 miles for me this week to bring to 53.

This last week I manged to do 7 miles, but it was in the mountains, so I feel like I earned more...the air is definitely thinner than it is at sea level! (where I live.) So my total is now 33 miles. Woohoo!
Ooops! I meant 34 miles! Geez, the oxygen must have been cut off to my brain there.
Twenty miles for me this week which takes my total so far to 114.
I'm a bit late in updating, but I've got another 19 km (11.8 mi) down = a total of 115 km / 72 mi. I know I'll get there in time! :)
I went on a hike last Friday. You can read about it (and look at my lunch) at Graasland.
I got 14 miles this past week bringing my total to 61. I am very proud of myself that I have truely been sticking to my schedule. Now, this work just needs to start reflecting on the scale. I'll get there. It will just take time.
First progress report for me--I walk 4 miles a day most days plus other cardio--either running or rowing. My total for this week was 37.
Haven't been near the internet for a couple weeks so I am posting for two weeks #5 and #6...12 miles for each week for a total of 50 miles through May 13th.
I haven't given a progress report lately. I am at 78 miles.
