Hi, and Happy Mother's Day this weekend! I slacked off a little last week. I walked 7 miles to bring my total accumulated miles to 48. Have a great weekend!
I think I might post about it to give me some extra umph in my step next week! :)
I did 18 miles this week which brings me to 47! I did really good. I started training with a personal trainer which is a friend of a friend. He is really kicking my butt into shape. I never knew that I could push myself that hard. I had a great week this week!
I'm sorry I'm SO late reporting. As of last Friday I have 17 miles total. I know I know...I'm trying to kick it into gear. :)
PS--I did a post last week on my personal blog of my 10 favorite workout songs--is that something you'd be interested in me cross-posting here? http://lovelaughterinsanity.blogspot.com/2010/05/top-10-best-workout-songs.html I could take out a lot of the written part and just leave the songs.

Okay so I have two weeks to post for because I missed last week and this week is late because I was on vacation. So, we need to add 11 miles to my total for a total of 27miles so far. I will post again on Friday for this week's total.

8 miles this week which brings me to 26 miles. There were some absolutely beautiful days mixed in with some rainy days this week.
