I had a total of 8 miles for the week. My triumph is that I stuck with it for 3 weeks in row and I am still enjoying myself!

I sadly ran into a major hurdle this week. I got another two miles in early in the week, but then I hurt my foot and have barely been able to walk on it the rest of the week. I've been keeping ice on it, hoping it'll heal, but this is a foot I've had problems with my whole life and usually when it goes bad like this, it takes weeks - if not months - to recover. Stupid foot. So if the fact that I'm sitting down at the computer doing NaNo for hours each day isn't already making it hard to reach any sort of walking goal, this foot thing is making it pretty much impossible. I'll be lucky to hit 50 by the end. My sidebar total can be brought up to 17 though. :/

I had 10 miles this week, bringing my total to 76. Unfortunately, I had two funerals this week that totally wiped me out mentally, and forced all other activities into the other days. I know next week will be better. I'm aiming for 20 next week which will get me to 96! Here is my post:

Week two and I'm up to a total of 12. So, I did 8 this week. Not too shabby considering my sprained ankle. Here's hoping for more next time!

I got in 12 miles this week, for a total of 32. Next week, I'll need to look at how I can rearrange my work schedule to fit in going to Anytime Fitness. That always adds a layer of difficulty, and getting home later than usual. I'm not fond of eating dinner at 8:00 pm but oh, well.

Can you add 12 miles to mine please. I have had a tough emotional week , so I am not going to be able to write a post for a couple of week, but hope to keep up with the walking.

Just 3 miles for me this week. I need not allow the chaos around me affect my workouts. I vow to do better next week. ~Flora

This week I logged another 8 Miles (thanks to my aerobics class. My back had been killing me (the baby bump is out and about these days) but after the workouts I felt great. My goal is to add a few more this week! I am desperately trying not to go on bedrest this time around so I am keeping as active as possible! Thanks for ht great challenge.

Oh my new total is now 17

Sorry for the delay in posting, but I was too busy exercising to get online (or so I'm telling myself)

Total miles: 14 miles

I think it helped doing 5 days a week and pushing myself by focusing on small goals.

I feel so stupid...I forgot to EVER check back and do a progress report! I am up to 93 miles since October 1! 16 this past week...

Ok, I think I got everyone. I'm so sorry for the late updating on my part--my Internet time just hasn't been there lately. I've been really busy in the evenings, which means no computer and generally no working out. All my evening obligations end THIS WEEK, though, so hopefully I can get back on a routine before the holidays.

9 miles for me last week. New shoes, which is really exciting.

Glad to see some new reporters this week--I'd like to find a solution to the sidebar having all of those names with non-reporters. Anyone have any ideas for next time (January)??? :D
