I am committed to being honest, so I have to admit that I only did 2 miles this week and I ate badly. I definitely won't be making the 50 mile halfway mark. I have always heard that it takes 21 days to create a habit, and I blew it on the 20th day! I'm not happy with myself, but tomorrow is another day and I am recommitting. I feel much better when I exercise!

I didn't do as well asusual, my achilles is playing up, so only got to 52 miles. Happy with that though!

Much better week for me this week...no death, no mad shooters on the loose, no hair appointments. I did hit my 20 mile goal, bringing my total to....96! Yay! I have one more week of relaxation before the holidays officially invade my life. Here is my post:

I only managed 8 this week, but as you know it has been a rough week. I think I need to try and double up for next week, otherwise I am not going to reach the 100 mile target.

I've added 2 more miles. Still starting off slow but I keep hoping to get a little bit more in each week.

Add 8 to me, making mine 20.
This challenge has really inspired me! Thanks for all your work putting it together.

only logged in 4 this week, I wasn't feeling well so I did not get in both my aerobics classes only one. So that brings my total to 21, I am hoping to add at least another ten this week!

Trish, thanks so much for the motivation and the encouragement! I managed to pick it up a little bit this week: 9 more miles which adds up to a total of 51. Very happy to have reached that number in time for the halfway point! Congratulations everyone on your progress!

11 miles this week, for a total of 70.

I didn't report last week, but for the last 2 weeks I've managed 8 miles. That brings my total to 26. Um, I think I need to get started if I have any hope of making it to 100 by the end of the year!

You have me as Stacy in the sidebar, my Blog is Stacy's Books.

I didn't check in last week, but over the last two weeks, I did 21 miles on the treadmill at the gym. I went to Chicago this week, and walked from the Navy Pier to Shedd Aquarium, all along Michigan Ave. , the River Walk, and through Millenium and Grant Parks for an additional 8 miles, bringing my total for the two weeks to 29.

Only another 2 for me. Sigh.

You mean we didn't get a break this week because of the holiday? Wow! Because I only got about 1 mile in. Seriously, I'm still working on time management. I've been staying up too late to get up early enough to workout before work. That's my goal for next week - go to bed no later than 10:00 so that I can get up at 5:30.

I haven't updated in a while, but I'm back on track and my new grand total is 40 miles!

To compensate (I guess) I wrote two posts about it on Graasland this week:
Friday update
Hiking adventures on Tuesday

I'm finally walking 3 miles a day again. So...my total for the week is 21 miles. Overall total is 39. I'm so glad I decided to try audio books. It makes the time go by so much quicker.

I've added 16 to bring my total to 81. My week started out on track for 20+ miles, but life (and absolutely freezing cold rain) got in the way. Still happy with the total and next week I'm going to start concentrating on eating better (this week was a disaster in that realm).

Here's my post: http://shoredebris.blogspot.com/search/label/100%20mile%20fitness%20challenge

Only 2 for me this week for a total of 42. I had a rough week with sick kiddos and I tweeked my knee a bit on my first exercise of the week. I'll make up for it this week.

My total is now 57 miles including 11.5 from last week. I am really pleased with my progress and hope to complete the challenge :)

I'm sorry I haven't checked in in a few weeks. With vacation and some family issues I haven't had time to enjoy my favorite websites.

I'm averaging about 20 miles a week right now (giving my legs a rest before training starts in December).

Would like you are doing GREAT!!!

Sounds like you are doing GREAT!

I'm way behind on providing this and I apologize...but my total was eight miles this past week.

Hey guys--I think I got everyone--make sure your total is correct (as of last Thursday) in the sidebar.

Mari--you didn't give any miles? What should your total be?

I had 9 miles last week. I'm trying not to get discouraged by so many 10+ mile reporters and instead remind myself that I'm right on target.

And yes you silly gooses (geese), the challenge goes through the holidays! No break!! :) Just think about how much further ahead you'll be than all of those New Years Resolutioners who just *start* their regiment on January 1st! :)

And any takers for guest posting? Life has gotten incredibly busy for me lately and I'm finding myself further and further away from the computer. I'd love some help!! Otherwise it's just boring old progress reports for the time being...

6 more for me!! Next report may not be so good =(
