Sick this week, so I didn't get much in. 18.5 hours total.
I'm up to 59 miles of my 125 mile challenge.
I'm currently at 38.6 miles.
after today I will be at 100/240 so on schedule. Exercising is a habit now... Yeah. But I can not say as I am motivated. :P I feel I am just going through the motions. ???
Exercise is gradually becoming a habit instead of something I need to do. 3 hours this week for a total of 11.10 hours.
My motivation has been good, my husband and I are going on vacation in three weeks and I found a 10k that I'd like to run while we're there. I added 15 miles this week for a total of 43.
I forgot to leave my total last week, but I'm up to 16 hours. I think. I keep forgetting to write down my daily totals!
I've run a total of 28.27 miles.
Even with three days of rain here in Louisiana, I was able to get 8 more miles down and 2 1/2 more hours.
I'm on hiatus due to a neck injury. My January total is 13 hours 15 minutes. I'll be back when I get the all clear to resume exercise.
Ok, having a bad cold for about ten days has REALLY set me back. I did two classes this week but really have to make some up and my motivation has taken a real hit. Total classes: 20
1/28-2/3: 3 hrs; 16 hours total
I'm very late to report last week's progress - which shows you where my motivation level is :(I completed 6 miles last week; total to date = 26(I'm behind, but not giving up!)
