Off to a slow start.
Amy (NW WI) here; I only strength-trained 1x/week, and have 1 mile tracked onto my 75 mile goal.

I'm at 3.75 of 35 hours for my sidebar!
Well, this week I had to take off to deal with injury, so I am starting my challenge off with a big fat 0 miles for the first week. I should be back in tip top shape for next week though!
So, I kind of don't know how to track. Still thinking about that. But I did work out for 30 minutes yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
only because my mom made me. But Scott and I are going to try to figure out how to both manage to do C25K...5K on March 10th.
Um, that's all. Maybe just put 30 min for me until I figure out my goal.

I walked a total of 8 miles on the treadmill this week!
I finished my audiobook while walking, so I'm heading to the library website ... apparently I can download audios via the site.

I exercised for 3.10 hours this week which keeps me on track for 39 hours over the 13 week period.
Zero hours this week. I've been sick all week. Hopefully, next week will be better.
Well it was an interesting week but I got in 1 hour of my 30 hour goal
I got in 1.5 hours this week.

I didn't think I was going to make my goal but I got a few minutes in last night: 2 hours and 15 mins.
I managed 6 miles this week towards my 125 mile goal.
I'm at 2.5 hours for the first week!

3 hours Sun 1/1 - Fri 1/6.
6 classes done - three step & three pump. Feels great!
I'm at a paltry 45 mins for the first week. It was bad weather, I didn't feel too great and so another number of excuses. My goal is 2.5 hours per week, so this has to change rapidly!

Between walking, and swimming, and a few other things I logged 24 miles this week. 4 over my goal :) so it was a good week.
