Progess Report #10 - May 28th- June 3rd

So how is everyone holding up? It is HOT here!! Man. That isn't my problem, my problem is motivation. How did I run 3 days a week during C25K, but now can't get off the couch? Mental energy, or a limited amount that it. I am currently kitchen remodel obsessed, and that is my LOUSY excuse. I need to spend sometime being motivated and directed in my thinking. You all are racking up the miles! I can't wait to list all those that met their goal!

Let us know what your successes and challenges are - sharing is good for everyone!

Have a great weekend -
Allie

I've managed to get 10 more miles this week. With Hiking at camp, trying a zumba class and going to a kick class. It's been a good week for me.

11 miles for me this week. I think. I've been bad about counting the last two weeks. I walked a lot in NY but it was hard to keep track. Next week my goal is to get back into my routine. I'm not going to make my goal of 200 miles, but I will have comfortably passed 100, so I'm happy.

Just 10 for me but that brings me to 104 miles. Yay!

I'm running in my first ever 5K this weekend. :)

Marley (my canine workout partner) and I are both on the injured list I'm afraid. I was recovering from a buggered ankle and then the neighbors dog got us.
Back soon, we hope!

A paltry 5 miles for me this week which takes me to a total of 147. The heat's been doing me in, but happily it turned a bit cooler today and is supposed to stay that way for a bit.

Only another 7 this week, which brings me to 87.

Somehow my miles from last week (and the preceding two weeks since I forgot to post those until last week) were overlooked. I added another 33 miles this week bringing my total to 318. We're on the homeward stretch, which always seems to go by much quicker, at least for me. Keep up the great work everyone!

I forgot to post last week with my 11 miles and then this week I had only 10 but that puts me up another 21. I do believe I can make that 200 mark!

I had 31 for the week--the training runs on the weekend save me. Have a good week!

I know this is super late, but as of Friday last week, I had 110 miles. I can't believe that I have already managed to acheive my goal. I am really proud of myself. On Saturday I went in for a re-assessment of my body, I have lost over 10% of my body fat, 4 inches, and 4 pounds. I am really starting to feel good about all the work that I have put in at the gym.

I only got in 3 miles this week. Kind of a weird week for me with things going on I don't usually have going on. But that puts me at 88 miles I believe.
