Progress Report #6: February 5-11

I had a good week and I'm up to 65 miles now.
Another good week: 11 miles
14 miles and no donuts.
And I signed up to take an intro to yoga class in March. I'm looking forward to something different!

Hi Trish! My total for the challenge is 40 miles so far. This past week was difficult because I've had a cold, and between that and being busy, I haven't been on the treadmill in several days. But, I plan to get back on track this weekend. TGIF, have a good one! :-)
As for as your cartoon, I say of course by all means. ;p

14, which is a big womp-womp compared to last week, but double my first week. So...go team?
I forgot to post last week. I wasn't feel well a lot of last week so it was a low week with 11 miles. This week I have done 26 giving me a new total of 149 miles.
I did run outside one day this week instead of on the treadmill. It was a brisk 40 degrees, but the sun was out and it felt wonderful! So wonderful that I ran two miles further than I was planning that morning and got my long run in on Wednesday instead of on the weekend!
3 for me for a total of 17. I stink! Better next week!
I got 25 miles this week, despite the cold and all the worker boys in my house renovating my bathroom. That brings me to 150 miles!
I did 19 this week for a total of 91. yea. I should have done more, but being snowed in sapped me of my energy!
I only got 7 miles, been a busy week!! My total is now 32.
I had a great week! I did 14 miles this week which brings my total to 30. I feel like I'm back on a roll now with my exercising!
This week I've done some great lower body workouts with a work out game on my Wii. I've also done some yoga and got a new Wii game: Wii Fit Plus. Really fun! We also had jump rope for heart at school so I fit in some jump roping too!

I did so bad this week Trish. Completely unmotivated. I only managed 2 miles which brings me to 54. I suck. :(
I had a slow week - sounds like a lot of that going on. Got in 10 miles - all on the trail so I didn't get in that mix-it-up challenge. Today starts a new week :)
I am not sure how but I managed to walk 31 miles this week. It seems the more hectic the work week the more miles I log. I think I am walking off frustration. My grand total so far is 173 miles!
Only 8 this week for a total of 47.
I got in 10 miles this week!
total of 34 so far! I'm loving my new Leslie Sansone Walk eat lose videos with boost cables! The extra resistance is kinda fun.
17 miles for me this week. The weather was nice and cool so I walked my dog quite a bit in addition to my normal exercise!
I didn't report last week so for the last 2 weeks I have a total of 10 miles. That brings my grand total to 22.
I got only 5 miles done this week, so that's now a total of 37. Thanks!

This week I was a bit hampered by the snow...or allowed myself to be. I went into hibernation at the beginning of the week. Forced myself to kick butt at the end of the week.
20 miles this week for a total of 113 miles.
I was sick this week so I did not do much of anything and did not even keep track of what I did do. Hopefully I will feel better next week and be able to keep up with what I am doing as well.
Only 6 miles this week for a total of 44 miles.
Need to push it this week.
I got in 16 miles last week, bring me up to 80. I've started to add jogging in there (squeeee!!!) so hopefully I'll have even more miles next week!
9 miles, which at least brings me past the half-way point, at 57.
I'm a bit late because I was on vacation, but you can add 20 miles to my total, bringing me up to 35 miles.
I had 13 miles this week for a total of 84!
Such a busy week last week for me. Only 3 miles. This week has been a little better, though, and next week I'm committing all the way!
Great job everyone. I'm so proud that so many of you are regularly reporting and doing so well. And don't be discouraged by a bad week--just make next week count more!!
