Progress Report #4: January 22-28

I forget how to measure the equivalents, but I worked out 1 hour on the Wii (2 days each of 30 minutes). I did the hula hoop, boxing, step aerobics, and another crazy game bumping balls - I don't recall the name. I walked 45 minutes another day - about 4,800 steps. I'm not in a place I can figure out the equivalent now to walking but will try to come back tonight with a better figure.

25 miles for me this week, bringing me to 104 miles! Yipee! Also, with the help Game On Diet and this challenge, I've lost 13 pounds since January 4th. Hope I can keep it up!

Well, of course I would have to follow Sandy and her amazing weekly totals :)

I managed to increase my count to 9 miles this week.

My goal is to consistently do 10/week. It's just taking me a while to get there.

Hi Trish - My total so far is 26 miles. It sounds pathetic compared with most of the others, but January was extra busy, and I'll be back at it tonight and this weekend.

I had a great week this week, 15 miles. That sort of makes up for last week's sick week. My total is now 40 miles.

5 miles this week. Still letting the craziness of life get in the way, but at least this week was better than the last ones. Maybe I'll get on track this week.

It's been so cold here that I had frozen shoe laces yesterday. I only walked 10 miles leaving me 72 more. Brrrrr.

I keep forgetting to post my miles every Friday. I've been walking 5 miles a week for a total of 20 miles.

I only got 6 this week making my total 32 miles. I only worked out twice. Blah. My goal this week is to get back on track and go to the gym 4 times. Yea Me!

Zero for me but I'm finally done with medical restriction so I'm back in the game. Woohoo!!
