I, too, do it nearly every day right in our living room at 5:40 in the morning, for 20 minutes. On the days when I "don't have time" I feel the difference the whole day, and you can be sure that it is a very long time before I am "too busy" for yoga again. :>}ladydihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04768310299153608882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636184197568930724.post-63043619972828441042010-03-18T19:44:01.994-05:002010-03-18T19:44:01.994-05:00Hi Mama,

I first took a class in college and never looked back. I do it everyday. I have started recording FitTV's Namaste Yoga program on my DVR to get new inspiration. I don't do hot yoga only because when I can get overheated easily. But I love the way my body feels after a good yoga workout.

I am trying some new things this month, too. I am trying out more Pilates moves and I am trying to take up hiking again (at least easy trails for now.)Beccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02706544792110129160noreply@blogger.com
