Ah, I'm a complete dunderhead! I even thought about how I needed to do this today. *hangs head in shame* Sigh. Okay, well my exercise is 6.75 hours.
Finally got my butt in gear.11 miles!
I did 2 hours of walking this week: total 2.45 hours exercise.
It was a good week. I'm at 18 miles of my 125 mile challenge. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Grand total for the two weeks: 5 miles
Slow week. 1 hour for a total of 4.10 hours. Better luck next week!

I love that cartoon - especially since I started a new yoga practice yesterday (real yoga ... followed by napping :) )I walked 6 measured miles this week ...total to date: 14 miles

Oops, I missed last week's progress report. My up-to-date progress is 7.30 hours.
I got in 2 hrs 50 mins. This brings me to: 5hrs 15 mins.
4/50 (trying to workout for 50 days--at least 30 minutes or it doesn't count). See lots of people doing hours...hmmmm, maybe next time?
I'm up to 6 hours.

Can I re-do my goal and instead of saying I'll do 4 classes a week, I'll say I'll do 52 classes by 31st March. It's the same thing but gives me a better sense of working toward a final goal.
No exercise for me this week. Had the flu and just now able to get out of bed for a few hours at a time. Still at 2.5 hrs
